| 内容記述 | ロシアは、2022年2月24日、ウクライナ内でのロシア系住民へのジェノサイドを防ぐことを名目にウクライナに軍事侵攻した。ロシアは侵攻の目的をウクライナの「非軍事化と非ナチ化」としている。そこでロシアの主張に根拠や正当性があるのかを検証しようと考えた。それにあたって、ドラッカーが、ヨーロッパにおいてファシズムが興隆していた時代の1939年に著した『経済人の終わり』で行ったファシズムについての考察が、同時代のものであるだけに大変参考になると考えた。そして、ドラッカーの同書におけるファシズムの考察を参照し、それに基づいてロシアの主張を検討してみた。その結果、ロシアの主張に根拠はなく軍事侵攻には正当性がないことが明らかとなった。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | On February 24th, 2022, Russia launched a military invasion of Ukraine, claiming that it was necessary to prevent genocide against Russian-speaking residents in Ukraine. Russia justified its invasion as necessary to “de-militarize and de-nazify” Ukraine. The author decided to examine the legitimacy of Russia’s claim. In doing so, the author refers to Peter Drucker’s analysis of fascism in his book “The End of Economic Man” originally published in 1939, considering that it provides valuable insight since it was written during a period when fascism was on the rise in Europe. Based on Drucker’s analysis, the author concludes that there is no basis for Russia’s claim and the military invasion is not justified. | |||||||||||||
