| 内容記述 | 社会人基礎力は、2006年に経済産業省が提言した「職場や地域社会の中で多様な人々とともに仕事をする上で必要な基礎的な能力」で、3つの能力と12の能力要素で構成されている。「人生100年時代」とも言われる現在、社会人基礎力の必要性が更に浮上してきた。経済産業省は、平成29年度に、これまで以上に長くなる個人の企業・組織・社会との関わりの中で、ライフステージの各段階で活躍し続けるために求められる力を「人生100年時代の社会人基礎力」と新たに定義した（1）。個々人の能力を発揮するにあたり、自己を認識し振り返りながら学ぶことが、自らの可能性を高め切りひらいていく上で必要といえる。 チームスポーツを経験している人は社会に出てから人と関わり仕事をしていく上での基礎的な力が身についているという報告が多々見受けられる。社会人基礎力は「職場や地域社会の中で多様な人々とともに仕事をする上で必要な基礎的な能力」であるとあり、人との関わりやチーム力が重要となる大学野球において要因が見出せると予測される。 |

| 内容記述 | Basic skills of society workers are the "basic skills necessary to work with diverse people in the workplace and local community" and comprised of three abilities and 12 ability elements. It was proposed by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in 2006. Nowadays, it is called the era of 100-year lifespans. The basic skills of society workers have become even more important. In fiscal year 2017, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry introduced the "basic skills of society workers for 100-year lifespan era" to define the skills required for individuals to continue to work on an active role at each life stage. It is for an unprecedented relationship with companies, organizations, and society.（1） In order to demonstrate one's individual abilities, it is necessary to recognize oneself, reflect, learn, and enhance one's potential. There are many reports that people who have played team sports have already acquired basic skills for interpersonal relationships and work as members of society. Basic skills of society workers are defined as "the basic abilities needed to work with diverse people in the workplace and local community. It is predicted that this factor will be found in college baseball, where relationships with people and team strength are important. |
