And I also learned many useful techniques for teaching language.Firstly, I identified 6 problems that are caused by poor observation of learners by teachers. Secondly,I analyzed and described them in detail. And I had two conclusions. One is that teachers should structure the placement test, the length and the content of the class, self-learning, and class activities,according to learners’ data.
