| 内容記述 | 特別支援学校における外部専門家制度は、2005年の「中央教育審議会答申」から開始している。約20年を経た現在の全国の特別支援学校における外部専門家制度の運用状況について調査した。その結果、全国の特別支援学校において外部専門家制度が確実に認知され、各学校現場の状況に合わせて、様々な職種の専門家が活用されている状況を確認することができた。 一方で、制度をより有効活用するために課題があることも明らかになった。 今後一層、外部専門家制度が充実し、地域の専門家と学校がうまく連携・協働することで、特別支援教育の充実と教員の多忙化の軽減につながることが望まれる。 |

| 内容記述 | The external specialist system in special needs schools was introduced in 2005 following the publication of the “Report of the Central Council for Education. “This study examined the current implementation of the external specialist system across special needs schools nationwide, nearly 20 years after its inception. The findings indicate that the system is steadily gaining recognition nationwide, with specialists from various occupational fields being employed in ways tailored to the specific needs of each school. However, the results also highlight areas where improvements are necessary to enhance the system's overall effectiveness. Future advancements in the external specialist system are anticipated, with an emphasis on fostering effective collaboration between local specialists and schools. Such efforts are expected to contribute to the enhancement of special needs education and to alleviate the workload of teachers. |
