| 内容記述 | 本研究は、2020東京大会に関連するスポーツ法政策を概観し、大会後の検討課題を整理した。その結果、 知的財産の点からアスリートの肖像権、心身の負担、SNS による誹謗中傷等の課題に対する法的措置の検討 が課題として示唆された。スポーツ政策の視点から、第 3 期スポーツ基本計画の進捗状況による国際競技力 の持続的な向上に向けた予算、支援体制の構築、国民のスポーツ実施率向上に向けた課題が示された。2020 東京大会後の名古屋市スポーツ推進計画は、アスリート支援、市民のスポーツ振興に向けた取組が実施され るため、政策の事前、事後の適切な評価指標、評価方法の検討が必要であろう。 |

| 内容記述 | This study outlined sports law policies related to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games and summarized the issues to be considered after the Games. As a result, it was suggested that issues include the consideration of legal measures against issues such as athletes' portrait rights, mental and physical burden, and slander on social media from the perspective of intellectual property. From the perspective of sports policy, issues were identified regarding the budget and support system for the sustainable improvement of international competitiveness based on the progress of the Third Sport Basic Plan, and the improvement of the rate of sports participation among citizens. Furthermore, since the Nagoya City Sports Promotion Plan after the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games will implement initiatives to support athletes and promote sports among citizens, it will be necessary to consider appropriate evaluation indicators and evaluation methods before and after the policy. |
