| 内容記述 | 2020年に新型コロナウィルスの感染拡大により、スポーツ業界は試合の中止や観客制限など、ビジネスモデルの大幅な変更を余儀なくされ、プロスポーツクラブでは、収益減少や運営上の課題が深刻化し、求められる人材特性も変化した。本研究は、コロナ禍におけるプロスポーツクラブが求める人材特性について明らかにすることを目的とする。先行研究を踏まえ、クラブの経営層や中間管理職を対象にしたインタビューとアンケート調査を通じて、現場で必要とされる「社会人基礎力」「コミュニケーション能力」、さらに地域や競技への愛着といった個人の資質を明らかにした。コロナ禍の影響を受けながらもクラブ運営を支えるための能力と適応力についての知見を示し、新たなスポーツビジネス環境で活躍できる人材像を提示する。 | |||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The COVID-19 pandemic caused significant changes in the sports industry, with game cancellations and spectator restrictions severely impacting revenue and operations, and leading to shifts in the skills that clubs sought. This study aimed to clarify the qualities required by professional sports clubs for personnel to succeed during the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on previous research, this study used interviews and surveys targeting management and mid-level managers in clubs to identify essential qualities such as fundamental social skills, communication abilities, and personal attachment to the local community and sport itself. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, this study highlights the abilities and adaptability needed to support club operations; this study also outlines the characteristics of individuals who can thrive in an evolving sports business environment. | |||||||||||||||||||||
